Jeff T. Morley, MAI, SRA - Partner
Jeff Morley is a Certified General Appraiser in Utah and Nevada and has had the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute since July 2014.
Stanford S. McConkie, Jr. MAI, BS - Partner
Stanford S. McConkie Jr. is a Utah State Certified General Appraiser. Mr. McConkie has extensive experience appraising commercial properties in Southern Utah.
Brian Musso - BS - Partner
Brian is a Certified General Appraiser with 10 years of appraisal experience working for Morley & McConkie LC with a primary emphasis on residential appraising.
Garrett Hannig, CGA
Garrett is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Utah. He began his Real Estate Appraising career with Morley & McConkie LC in February of 2006.
Matthew Craig Morley
Matt has been a Certified Residential Appraiser in Utah since in 2007. Matt has appraised both commercial and residential properties in Washington and Iron counties.
Jarad Bailey
Jarad received his Degree in Business Administration from Dixie State University. He has trained with Morley & McConkie to complete his appraisal education.
Tracy Gardner
Tracy graduated from Dixie State College in 1998 with an Associates of Science Degree with an emphasis in Accounting. She has been in real estate since 1997.
Stephanie Donovan
Stephanie has been in the Real Estate industry since 2002 involved in various types of work. Her experience comes from the mortgage industry at a local Financial Institution.
