Stanford S. McConkie Jr. is a Utah State Certified General Appraiser. Mr. McConkie has extensive experience appraising commercial properties in Southern Utah. In 2001 Stanford graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance.

Stanford appraises most types of real property including vacant land, commercial property office buildings, retail, and industrial use buildings. He previously served as the sub chapter chairman for Southern Utah for the Appraisal Institute.

Stanford is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, but has met all the educational and experience requirements for the MAI designation. Stanford is on the UDOT list of approved appraisers for complex properties and has extensive experience with right-of-way and perpetual easement appraisals.
